It would be good if you have to have a diabetes check that the reception book the two blood tests that you need in advance as I had my second test and the lab did not process it so I have to have another one, this is not easy when I am my husbands carer and I have to get people in to sit with him while I am away from him, especially when there are no appointments available for another two weeks - diabetes is important and needs treating asap - especially as it is in my family and insulin dependant

My doctor listens to me and thoughtfully refers me for suitable actions.

Since Dr Thomson retired I have seen Dr Rubery on two or three occasions. She has been very helpful and listened to what I had to say.

Dr Rubery is very new to our surgery & the dealings I've had with her so far, she is a friendly, helpful Dr. Because I have only seen her once or twice I cannot say I trust her as I don't know her yet, no other reason!

I met Dr Rubery for the first time recently and for a change I felt comfortable with a new doctor (Dr Thomson retired last year). I find it difficult to explain any problems but I felt comfortable talking to her.
